The Ordering Process

  1. Browse our designs

Have a look at all the designs we have available on the shop page.

If you have something else in mind, get in touch at hellolunarcreative@gmail.com and we can discuss a custom design for your special day.

2. Place your order

Add your items to the cart once you’ve chosen your colour and quantity and check out.

You will receive an order confirmation email, and another email where you can fill in all the details you’d like printed on your stationery.

To ensure a smooth process, please double check all of the details you’d like on the stationery to make sure they are correct.

We will personally contact you within one business day of ordering to confirm your order and all of the details.

3. It’s design time!

Now that we have confirmed the details to include on your stationery and the colours you want to use, we will create the design and send you a PDF digital proof for your approval.

If any changes need to be made we will work collaboratively to ensure you are 100% happy with the design.

4. Production and shipping

We will get to work in producing your stationery. Yay!

Production and shipping can take up to a couple of weeks depending on your chosen design, we will confirm this with you prior to starting the production process.

Your order will be checked, packed and shipped to your door. Shipping is free within Australia!

We will keep you updated along the way to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your experience with Lunar Creative.
